How to Return or Exchange

If your order arrived incomplete, contained damaged products, or didn't even show up, we're here to help. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be in the original packaging.
You must have your order number or confirmation email to complete your return.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Artworks and food products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Kavachi@hikavachi.com.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your return.

If your return is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs of the returned item.

Can I cancel my order?

However, please understand that if your order has already been processed (typically within 3-5 business days of receiving the order), we may not be able to cancel it.

Do you offer International Shipping?

We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to provide this service soon.

Shipping
